Roots of Resistance – evaluation and next steps – 9th November 2019, London

You are warmly invited to attend our day of debrief and reflection on our actions against DSEI? Use the form below to register!

The event will take place from 10-4:30 at Friends House, Euston, London. Please arrive from 10:00, ready to start at 10:30am.

In the morning we will focus on our experiences of taking collective action against DSEI – the preparation, trainings, briefing sessions, and the day itself. In the afternoon we will discuss the future direction of Roots of Resistance – we’ve started something, but what does it become? We will send out a fuller agenda closer to the day.

Practical details

The event will take place in rooms Ada Salter 1 and 2 in Friends House. The address for Friends House is: 173-177 Euston Rd, London NW1 2BJ.

The nearest railway stations are Euston, Saint Pancras and Kings Cross. Euston Square tube station is also very close.

We won’t be providing food on the day – please bring a packed lunch, or if you prefer the Friends House cafe should be open, and there are plenty of places to buy food in Euston station.

The rooms we have booked are on the ground floor, and the building is accessible with bathrooms and lifts available. If you have any accessibility needs you think we may need to be aware of, please make us aware of these in the form below.
